Ask an Expert—“How do Family Mealtimes and Other Daily Routines Enhance a Child’s Well-Being?”
Barbara H. Fiese, professor and director of the Family Resiliency Center at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, responded to questions submitted during May about the role that routines can play in promoting health and well-being in young children.
