New IEL Tip Sheet in English

  • Natural Illinois: Insects
    http://illinoisearlylearning.org/tipsheets/insects.htm

This is the first in our Natural Illinois series of Tip Sheets, which we are writing with assistance of Valerie Keener at the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR), Division of Education. This series is designed to help preschool teachers, caregivers, and parents as they work with children to meet some of the Illinois Early Learning Science Benchmarks. Several more Tip Sheets will be produced during the coming months for use by early childhood teachers in conjunction with IDNR’s Illinois wildlife and natural resources posters.
