Resource Specialist, STAR NET Region II

Marsha Glick, a Resource Specialist with STAR NET Region II, has an M.Ed. in Special Education. She has taught Early Childhood Special Education classes for over 20 years. Marsha has developed literacy techniques that are applicable for infants and young children birth to six and she has presented at national and regional conferences, including the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC). In addition, Marsha has provided interactive inservice trainings on literacy development for various preschools, child care facilities, and parent groups.
